InfoSec Lead at Delasport

Delasport is seeking an InfoSec Lead to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is crucial for monitoring compliance with information security and privacy policies, reviewing security clauses in contracts, and enhancing security training programs. The InfoSec Lead will also manage technological risk assessments, support customer engagements, and help develop risk mitigation strategies.

The role involves:

• Monitoring compliance with information security and privacy policies.
• Reviewing security clauses in customer and vendor contracts.
• Providing and enhancing security training programs.
• Managing technological risk assessments.
• Developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Managing penetration testing and technical risk assessments.
• Supporting customer engagements and sales teams.

Delasport requires candidates to have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience implementing information security and privacy policies.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and products.
• Knowledge of information security principles and practices.
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and standards like ISO 27001, SOC2, and PCI DSS.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
