InfoSec Lead

Delasport is seeking an InfoSec Lead to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The InfoSec Lead will be responsible for monitoring compliance with information security and privacy policies, reviewing security clauses in contracts, and enhancing security training programs. They will also manage technological risk assessments, support customer engagements, and help develop risk mitigation strategies.

Role involves:
• Monitoring compliance with information security and privacy policies
• Reviewing security clauses in customer and vendor contracts
• Enhancing security training and awareness programs
• Managing technological risk assessments
• Supporting customer engagements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a technology/software/cloud organization
• Proven experience implementing and enforcing information security, regulatory, and privacy policies
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and products
• Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and industry compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and PCI DSS
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
