Senior Project Manager ( Focused on IT & InfoSec) at Delasport

Delasport is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic IT and Information Security projects. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Senior Project Manager will work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, manage timelines, and allocate resources. He will be responsible for risk management, stakeholder communication, and improving project management processes.

• Leading complex IT and InfoSec projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Creating project plans using Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Miro.
• Ensuring project milestones are completed on time and within budget.
• Identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Driving clear communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitating team meetings and project retrospectives.

• 5+ years of experience in project management in IT and Information Security.
• Experience managing short-term projects and infrastructure deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
