Job Description

Delasport is seeking a Head of Product Owners to lead and mentor their team of Product Owners. The Head of Product Owners will ensure alignment between product strategies and business objectives. This senior leadership role involves defining the overall product vision, driving key initiatives, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful, customer-focused solutions.

The role involves:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of Product Owners.
• Defining and communicating the product vision.
• Overseeing product strategy execution.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Establishing and optimizing processes for backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap execution.
• Monitoring product performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Ensuring efficient resource allocation and strategic planning.
• Advocating for best practices in product ownership and agile methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading product teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
