• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners.
• Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Oversee product strategy execution, prioritizing initiatives that maximize value and drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business leaders.
• Establish and optimize processes for backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap execution.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and strategic planning.
• Advocate for best practices in product ownership, agile methodologies, and customer-centric development.
