Mid/Senior Product Owner

Job Description

Delasport, a leading iGaming software provider, is seeking a Mid/Senior Product Owner to join their dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The Product Owner will play a crucial role in defining and driving the product vision, working closely with stakeholders to translate product needs into clear requirements, and ensuring successful product releases.

Role involves:

• Working closely with stakeholders to identify product needs.
• Translating product needs into clear product requirements.
• Representing and advocating product vision within the team.
• Backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.
• Creating and grooming short, medium, and long-term product roadmaps.
• Collaborating with Scrum Masters for release and sprint planning.
• Ensuring proper product functionality documentation.
• Proactively resolving business users satisfaction issues.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a technology company.
• Experience writing user stories and epics.
• Ability to produce detailed User Stories and PRDs.
• Visual modelling and diagram skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA Agile, SharePoint, Confluence).
