  • Coordinating the recruitment process
  • Setting up campus recruitment efforts
  • Maintaining contacts with study associations and agencies
  • Designing recruitment and employer branding strategies
  • Advising management on recruitment
  • Onboarding new colleagues and supervising internships
  • Assisting the HR Business Partner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Native Dutch and strong English skills
  • Excellent social and organisational skills
  • Self-starting and can-do mentality
  • Strong command of MS Office and ATS systems
