Nielen Schuman is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage recruitment for their Amsterdam and Antwerp offices. The role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies and supporting HR operations. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the recruitment process
- Setting up campus recruitment efforts
- Maintaining contacts with study associations and agencies
- Designing recruitment and employer branding strategies
- Advising management on recruitment
- Onboarding new colleagues and supervising internships
- Assisting the HR Business Partner
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Native Dutch and strong English skills
- Excellent social and organisational skills
- Self-starting and can-do mentality
- Strong command of MS Office and ATS systems
