Multimedia Content Creator at Pico

Pico is seeking a Multimedia Content Creator to join their team in Dublin. Pico fuels the global capital markets community by providing exceptional market data services and customized managed infrastructure solutions. In this role, the individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging digital learning materials.

Role Involves:

• Designing and developing eLearning courses, instructional videos, and interactive learning activities.
• Writing and editing educational content, scripts, and course materials.
• Applying instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Utilizing eLearning authoring tools to create interactive courses.
• Designing engaging visuals, animations, and infographics.
• Integrating audio, video, and interactive elements into learning modules.
• Uploading and managing eLearning content on LMS.
• Working with subject matter experts to create and iterate storyboards.
• Project managing the delivery of larger, more complex video content.

Requirements:

• BA in instructional design, education, multimedia design, or a related field.
• Experience in eLearning content creation, instructional design, or digital education.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong graphic design and multimedia editing skills.
• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
