Senior C++ Engineer at Pico

Pico is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer to join their engineering team in Warsaw. Pico fuels the global capital markets by providing market data services and infrastructure solutions. This role offers the opportunity to design and develop new features across Pico’s product range, including ultra-low latency market data solutions. The successful candidate will work with a team of highly-skilled engineers, focusing on innovation and solving complex data analysis challenges.

Role responsibilities involve:

• Design and development of new features across Pico’s entire product range.
• Working on ultra-low latency market data and order execution solutions.
• Normalizing and analyzing data in real time.

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Strong proficiency in C++ development under Linux.
• Experience with high-performance systems and multi-threaded application development.
• Knowledge of IP networking.
• Focus on writing maintainable code and automated testing.
• Excellent customer service attitude, communication, and interpersonal skills.
