Pico is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer to join their engineering team in Warsaw. This role involves designing and developing new features across Pico’s product range, focusing on ultra-low latency market data and order execution solutions. The Engineer will work on solving challenges in equities, options, futures, and foreign exchange markets, contributing to innovative projects and new market deployments.
The Role Involves:
- Designing and developing new features across Pico’s entire product range.
- Working on ultra-low latency market data and order execution solutions.
- Normalizing and analyzing data in real-time.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maths, Physics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in C++ development under Linux.
- Experience with high-performance systems and multi-threaded application development.
- Knowledge of IP networking.
- Focus on writing maintainable code.
- Experience with automated testing (unit testing, integration testing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
