Senior CEQA/NEPA Project Manager

Job Description

ESA is seeking a Senior CEQA/NEPA Project Manager to contribute to a variety of analyses and evaluations related to environmental review for a wide range of projects. The candidate will work on transportation, ports, infrastructure, development, and planning projects throughout Northern California.

The role involves:

• Leading or directing the delivery of high-quality environmental analyses.
• Preparing CEQA and NEPA documentation.
• Managing environmental technical analyses, consultations, and permits.
• Ensuring compliance with California's regulatory and environmental regulations.
• Monitoring and managing project budgets.
• Mentoring and coaching developing employee-owners.
• Leading the preparation of proposals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in leading environmental analyses.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant regulatory and environmental regulations in California.
• Experience delivering environmental documents and acquiring permits.
• Excellent oral and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
