Environmental Science Associates (ESA) is seeking a Senior Environmental Planner/Project Manager to join their team in the Pacific Northwest. This role focuses on leading environmental permitting, SEPA/NEPA compliance, and fish passage projects.ESA values creative thinking, diversity, and collaboration, offering a flexible work environment that supports professional growth. The Senior Environmental Planner/PM will manage complex projects, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the firm's growth in the Northwest.
Role involves: - Managing environmental permitting projects.
- Preparing SEPA and NEPA documents.
- Coordinating with clients and stakeholders.
- Leading business development efforts.
- Mentoring junior staff.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, planning, or related field (20 years experience) or Master's degree (15 years experience).
- Experience leading complex permitting projects in Washington state.
- Knowledge of SEPA, land use, and environmental regulations in Washington.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in water resource and/or wastewater projects.
