Manager, Community and Events at Team Rubicon Canada

Team Rubicon Canada (TR Canada) is seeking a Manager, Community and Events to drive donor engagement and revenue growth through high-impact events and community initiatives. This role involves leading the development and execution of national fundraising events, engaging donor communities, and managing online fundraising campaigns.TR Canada is a veteran-led humanitarian organization and this position offers the flexibility of being hybrid or remote, with some travel required.Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of fundraising events.
• Develop sponsorship strategies.
• Manage corporate partnership strategies.
• Coordinate presence at conferences and community events.
• Manage donor recognition.
• Implement data-driven strategies to track progress.
• Recruit, train, and manage a volunteer team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in fundraising and event management for a non-profit.
• Proven track record of planning and executing fundraising events.
• Expertise in developing fundraising strategy and managing a portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership experience.
