Team Rubicon Canada is seeking a Manager, Development to enhance fundraising efforts and donor engagement. The Manager will play a critical role in securing strategic gifts and fostering donor relationships to support TR Canada's mission.

• Lead prospecting and acquisition of new donors, corporate partners, and funding opportunities.
• Identify and assess potential grants from government agencies, foundations, and corporations.
• Manage the grant pipeline, ensuring compliance, tracking deadlines, and facilitating reporting.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding.
• Implement donor stewardship processes and lead recognition events.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for the donor thank-you call program.
• Oversee third-party donation platforms, ensuring data accuracy.
• Use analytics to track fundraising performance and generate reports.
• Recruit, train, and manage a volunteer team to support donor engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in development or fundraising for a non-profit organization.
• Proven track record of successfully prospecting and managing donor pipelines.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
• Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
