Wunderflats is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Berlin. Wunderflats is Germany’s market leader for flexible furnished living. The Berlin-based scale-up was founded in 2015. The platform offers simple and secure solutions for medium-term rentals with a minimum rental period of one month, bringing tenants and landlords together. Wunderflats currently lists over 50,000 apartments in Europe and has over 190 employees.
The role involves:
- Proactively contacting landlords via email and phone across Germany.
- Expanding the network of landlords by advising them on listing properties on the platform.
- Building strong customer relationships from initial contact to onboarding.
- Developing a deep understanding of the real estate market in Germany.
- Achieving sales targets through deal closures.
- Contributing to the sales team by developing new acquisition strategies and collaborating effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Familiarity with setting realistic goals and KPIs.
- Proficiency in German and English.
