Wunderflats, a leading platform for flexible furnished housing, is seeking a Recruiting Manager/Architect to revolutionize its talent acquisition strategy. This role is not about refining existing processes but creating a new, data-driven, AI-supported recruiting system from the ground up. The ideal candidate will view talent acquisition as a crucial driver of growth and treat processes like scalable products.

The role involves:

• Building a new recruiting system focused on automation, optimization, data, and tooling.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers and the leadership team.
• Designing efficient end-to-end processes for active sourcing, candidate experience, and selection.
• Implementing KPI tracking and analysis for data-driven management and optimization.
• Supporting general HR topics and quality assurance as part of the HR team.

Wunderflats is looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with senior stakeholders at the leadership level.
• Can independently conduct interviews and manage quality, structure, and candidate experience.
• Thinks in systems, has a strong product mindset, and wants to create long-term structures.
• Is data-driven and open to using AI.
• Is fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
