This role is not about refining existing processes but creating a new, data-driven, AI-supported recruiting system from the ground up. The ideal candidate will view talent acquisition as a crucial driver of growth and treat processes like scalable products.
The role involves:
- Building a new recruiting system focused on automation, optimization, data, and tooling.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers and the leadership team.
- Designing efficient end-to-end processes for active sourcing, candidate experience, and selection.
- Implementing KPI tracking and analysis for data-driven management and optimization.
- Supporting general HR topics and quality assurance as part of the HR team.
Wunderflats is looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with senior stakeholders at the leadership level.
- Can independently conduct interviews and manage quality, structure, and candidate experience.
- Thinks in systems, has a strong product mindset, and wants to create long-term structures.
- Is data-driven and open to using AI.
- Is fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
