Minitab is seeking a Software Deployment Specialist to assist customers in implementing and maximizing the benefits of Minitab Connect and Real-Time SPC. The role involves leading deployment projects and providing customer education.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure Minitab Connect/Real-Time SPC.
  • Deliver training sessions to educate users.
  • Support customers by troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Develop and refine technical documentation.
  • Analyze and improve deployment processes.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in software implementation or customer success.
  • Technical knowledge of programming languages like MySQL, JavaScript, PHP, or experience with APIs is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Fluency in English language is required, additional languages is a plus.
