Minitab is seeking a Software Deployment Specialist to ensure successful implementation of Minitab Connect and Real-Time SPC for its clients. This role involves leading deployment projects, providing customer education, and optimizing user experience.
What the role involves: - Deploying and configuring Minitab Connect/Real-Time SPC for customers.
- Delivering training sessions to educate users.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Support teams.
- Developing technical documentation and training materials.
- Analyzing and improving deployment processes.
Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in software implementation or customer success.
- Technical knowledge of programming languages (MySQL, JavaScript, PHP) or experience with APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Fluency in English.
