Job Description
Minitab is seeking a Software Deployment Specialist to facilitate the successful implementation of Minitab Connect and Real-Time SPC for its clients. This role involves leading deployment projects, delivering customer education, and ensuring optimal user experience. The specialist will collaborate with various internal teams to improve customer success and deployment efficiency. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage with customers effectively.
    Role Involves:
  • Deploying and configuring Minitab Connect/Real-Time SPC.
  • Delivering training sessions to educate users.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Support.
  • Developing technical documentation and training materials.
  • Analyzing and improving deployment processes.
    Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, professional services, or customer success (preferably for an enterprise SaaS product).
  • Technical knowledge of programming languages like MySQL, JavaScript, PHP, or experience with APIs is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English; additional languages are a plus.
