Minitab is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its sales team in Hilversum, Netherlands. This role is ideal for someone eager to start or grow their sales career. The Business Development Representative will identify, pursue, and qualify leads within an assigned territory.
  • Identify, pursue, and qualify leads.
  • Position Minitab’s solutions to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage pipeline leads.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline.
  • Manage and track leads, opportunities, contacts, and history.
  • Convert marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads.
  • Establish relationships with industry professionals.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events.
  • Develop a personal business plan.
  • Mentor new BDRs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Customer-facing or previous BDR experience is a plus.
  • Skills in time management, communication, and relationship building.
