Job Description
Minitab is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join their sales team in Hilversum, Netherlands. This role is ideal for someone eager to start or grow their sales career and who thrives in a dynamic team environment. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and qualifying leads within an assigned territory, with opportunities for advancement into account management.

The role involves:
  • Identifying, pursuing, and qualifying inbound and outbound leads.
  • Positioning Minitab’s solutions to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to manage pipeline leads.
  • Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline.
  • Managing and tracking active and nurture leads.
  • Converting marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads.
  • Establishing relationships with key industry professionals.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and events.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential.
  • Entry-level role, customer-facing or previous BDR experience is a plus.
  • Skills in time management, effective communication, and relationship building.
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and goal-oriented attributes.
