The Renewals Specialist role at Minitab involves proactively managing existing renewal opportunities within a virtual account team. The Renewals Specialist works closely with the sales team to drive renewals and expand the company's presence within customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with assigned customers to ensure timely renewals.
  • Understand customer’s business use case and effectively communicate licensing options.
  • Maintain an accurate and timely pipeline of all renewal opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Provide sales forecasts to sales management.
  • Transition upsell, cross-sell, and service opportunities to appropriate sales team members.
  • Maintain and enhance key account information.
  • Expand and strengthen the company’s presence by establishing relationships with end users.

Requirements:

  • College degree in business/marketing/information technology is a plus.
  • 1+ years of customer facing previous job roles is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and French is required, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Associate College/technical degree required.
