Minitab is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic team in Munich. The SDR will be crucial in driving business growth through identifying and engaging potential customers. They will collaborate with sales leaders, marketing teams, and sales operations to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
What this role involves:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation through researching potential clients, identifying key decision-makers, and initiating conversations.
- Engaging with Prospects using phone, email, and social media to connect with leads and personalize messaging.
- Collaboration with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and provide insights on market trends and customer pain points.
- Continuous Growth by leveraging cutting-edge tools and refining sales techniques.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally in the software industry
- Proven ability to exceed targets and quotas
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Resilient, action-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Fluency in English and German is required, both written and verbal
