Job Description
Minitab is looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager to develop and manage a partner ecosystem in Canada. The Senior Partner Account Manager will identify, recruit, enable, and manage resellers, distributors, VARs, and consultants in alignment with Minitab’s global go-to-market and customer engagement strategies. He will play a critical role in driving new and recurring revenue, leading partner enablement initiatives, and collaborating across direct sales and services teams to support co-selling and joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Identify and onboard new partners
  • Drive partner enablement through training, certifications, and strategic planning
  • Develop and execute annual partner business plans to achieve/exceed $1M+ annual partner revenue targets
  • Provide sales support across all industry verticals
  • Align with global and regional go-to-market strategies
  • 10+ years in indirect channel business development within enterprise software
  • 5+ years of direct enterprise sales experience
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals and pipeline targets
  • Experience with multi-channel ecosystems and collaborative selling models
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluency in French is a significant plus
  • Base salary: $175K CAD
  • Commission: $105k CAD commission plan based on meeting performance targets with uncapped earning potential
