Minitab is seeking an experienced Area Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and customer engagement across the APAC region. The Area Marketing Manager will collaborate with global teams, external partners, and the sales team to create and execute marketing programs that accelerate growth and support Minitab's expanding market presence. This role is based from Minitab's Tokyo office.

What this role involves:

  • Developing and executing localized marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with the sales team to align on goals.
  • Managing relationships with external channel partners and resellers.
  • Collaborating with global marketing teams to create consistent messaging.
  • Planning, managing, and tracking marketing budgets.
  • Supporting regional activities and assisting with localization of content for the Japanese market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, solutions marketing, or software marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and experience with social media, PR, and email marketing.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Expertise in working with Japanese content, markets, and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
