Job Description

Zafin, a leading provider of a SaaS product and pricing platform for banks, is seeking a Cloud Support Analyst II. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting client integration testing, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring the smooth delivery of product services to customers.

The Cloud Support Analyst II will work within a collaborative, cross-functional team, contributing to the delivery of value to Zafin's customers. They will be responsible for incident management, collaborating on service requests, and gaining a deep understanding of Zafin's product from both a functional and integration perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting client integration testing (SIT, UAT).
  • Testing and replicating production/non-production application issues.
  • Analyzing logs to find the root cause of issues.
  • Participating in deployments (Jboss/Wildfly/Websphere/Weblogic or Azure).
  • Writing basic database queries (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL).
  • Playing the role of an incident manager.
  • Communicating and collaborating on service requests/incidents.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Production Application Support – techno functional.
  • Experience in supporting client integration testing.
  • Experience in deployment – Jboss/Wildfly/Websphere/Weblogic, etc.
  • Knowledge of basic database queries(oracle/ postgresql/ MySQL).
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Right attitude towards work.
