Zafin is seeking a Delivery Executive to lead client relationships and ensure customer success in Sweden. The Delivery Executive will report to the Chief Customer Officer and oversee end-to-end delivery of corporate and institutional pricing and billing programs.
- Leading end-to-end corporate and institutional pricing & billing program delivery.
- Strengthening client relationships and building new ones to drive platform adoption.
- Driving year-to-year revenue growth by identifying and developing new opportunities.
- Communicating with clients at multiple levels, including senior stakeholders.
- Partnering with stakeholders within the Zafin team, including Product, Cloud, and Sales.
- Contributing to building the Zafin business in the region.
- Minimum of 7–10 years in banking or financial services with a focus on corporate and institutional clients.
- Solid understanding of business concepts and issues in banking, core banking, pricing & billing, etc.
- Hands-on experience in implementing enterprise-level banking software solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration degree.
- Domain knowledge in banking and financial institutions.
- Industry accepted certifications in program management, delivery management, and team management.
- Knowledge of cloud concepts and software development / project lifecycle.
