Zafin is seeking a Lead Product & Pricing Consultant to drive business transformation and optimize processes for their clients. The consultant will build a deep understanding of client business strategies and the Zafin product platform.

This individual will lead consultant team on client projects, overseeing all aspects of the engagement from initial needs assessment to solution implementation. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships, directing BA team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality business solutions that meet client objectives

The Lead Product & Pricing Consultant will work in a hybrid model in Toronto, Canada.

What this role involves:

  • Partnering with clients to assess business challenges.
  • Leading initiatives focused on process optimization and digital transformation.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive consensus.
  • Playing a key role in the solution design and implementation of the Zafin platform.
  • Leading the execution and delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field (relevant experience can be considered). MBA Preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in functional consulting in the Banking industry.
  • Proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives in Banking or Financial Services, SaaS product based implementation, Technology, or Consulting.
  • Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions and/or large enterprise IT environments.
