Zafin is seeking a Lead Product & Pricing Consultant to drive business transformation, optimize processes, and deliver impactful solutions to its clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in consulting, business analysis, solution design, and change management, with a deep understanding of clients’ business strategies, the Zafin product platform, and technology-driven innovations in banking.This role involves:

• Partnering with clients to assess business challenges and define requirements.
• Leading initiatives focused on process optimization and digital transformation.
• Collaborating with key leaders and stakeholders to drive consensus.
• Playing a key role in the functional solution design and implementation of the Zafin platform.
• Leading project execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Requirements include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• 10+ years of experience in functional consulting in the Banking industry.
• Proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives.
• Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions.
