Job Description
Zafin is seeking a Lead Product & Pricing Consultant to join their team in India. Zafin's platform empowers banks to drive sustainable growth and strengthen their market position. This role involves understanding Zafin's product, collaborating with a cross-functional squad, and delivering value to customers. This is a customer facing role.
The role involves:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Providing support throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Identifying opportunities for product improvement.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients.
- Providing functional support to clients.
- Maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Functional experience in Retail or corporate banking areas.
- Banking Pricing and Billing, Rates and Fees domain knowledge.
- Define functional and business architecture.
- Define the data shared across the enterprise.
- Support and align efforts to meet customer business needs.
- Participate in requirements elicitation.
- Document customer requirements, Interface Data Mapping.
- Create, review and present Specification Documents.
- Basic understanding of Cloud architecture, API’s and Database.
- Verify configurations as a part of acceptance before software delivery to customer.
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal team members.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, Jira Tool.
- Functional Testing of products or applications on Data flow, UIs, Configuration.
- Good communication.
