Product & Pricing Consultant III

Job Description

Zafin is seeking a Product & Pricing Consultant III to join their Customer Experience and Onboarding team. The consultant will work with customers to implement Zafin's product, a platform used by top banks to drive customer value. This role requires product expertise to explain, configure, and demonstrate functionality to customers and partners. The consultant will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Role Involves:

• Eliciting, clarifying, and documenting business requirements.
• Leading fit-gap analysis to align business requirements with out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Establishing user stories and backlog items using agile methodology.
• Preparing business requirements documentation, functional specification documents, and test strategy documents.
• Organizing and executing functional and integration tests.
• Articulating the solution from a business perspective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field (or relevant experience).
• 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional consulting in the Banking industry.
• Data analytical skills for configuration requests on the Zafin application.
• Broad understanding of business strategy, processes, and technologies within banking and financial services.
• Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Team player with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Goal-oriented with strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to quickly grasp complex requirements.
• Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions.
• Basic knowledge of cloud concepts and SaaS applications.
