Product & Pricing Consultant III at Zafin

Zafin is seeking a Product & Pricing Consultant III to join their Customer Experience and Onboarding team. The consultant will work with customers to implement Zafin's product, gaining expertise and demonstrating functionality. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, clarify, and document business requirements.
• Articulate key functional capabilities of the SaaS solution suite.
• Lead fit-gap analysis to align business requirements with out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Establish user stories and backlog items using agile methodology.
• Prepare implementation deliverables such as business requirements documentation, functional specification documents, and test strategy documents.
• Organize and execute functional and integration tests.
• Articulate the solution from a business perspective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field (relevant experience considered).
• 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional consulting in the Banking industry.
• Data analytical skills.
• Enterprise-wide view of business and appreciation for strategy, processes, technologies, and governance in banking and financial services.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Team player with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Goal-oriented and reliable.
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
