ClearScore, a global company, is seeking a Data and Analytics Lead to manage and deliver analytics and insights, data science/AI/models, reporting, and data/segmentation/personalisation requirements for Australia and NZ. This role is crucial for driving revenue, marketing, and CRM outcomes, assisting users in making informed financial decisions, and delivering high-quality leads to lenders.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the analytics and data function for Australia and NZ.
- Engaging with global peers for knowledge sharing and alignment.
- Collaborating with the Analytics Lead on roadmaps and initiatives.
- Partnering with leadership teams to optimize business performance and drive growth.
- Developing predictive models and insights.
- Formulating mathematical and statistical models to simulate business processes.
- Applying machine learning and AI frameworks to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Defining data collection methodologies and ensuring data reliability.
- Performing data mining and data cleansing.
- Building and deploying machine learning frameworks.
- Managing and mentoring a data analyst.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in credit risk decisioning, analytics, or data science.
- Bachelor in Mathematics/ Statistics
- Ability to understand and synthesise different points of view
- Understanding Data Science Tools, Databricks and SQL
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of credit/lending landscape.
- Passion and enthusiasm for problem-solving.
