ClearScore is seeking a Platform Design Lead to enhance the scalability, usability, and consistency of its products, platform, tools, and documentation. This role is based in either London or Edinburgh and requires a hybrid work model of 2 days a week in the office.
The Platform Design Lead will collaborate across disciplines, mentor designers, and drive strategic alignment to shape innovative user experiences. The role involves contributing to a design system that supports features across web, native, and the ClearScore platform. Responsibilities also include content model curation for the headless CMS and internal tool design.
Role Involves:
- Leading and developing the design system.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing scalable, responsive interfaces.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in building and leading a design system, preferably one that spans both native and web platforms.
- Strong Figma skills and experience.
- Some understanding of front-end technologies (github, basic JSON)
- Experience creating responsive and reusable design components with accessibility and scalability in mind.
- Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and mentor team members.
- Strong communication skills for presenting concepts and aligning stakeholders.
- Ability to balance immediate design needs with long-term strategic goals.
