ClearScore is seeking a hands-on and ambitious CRM Growth Manager to drive adoption, engagement, and monetization within the South African market. This role involves developing cross-channel engagement strategies and collaborating with various teams including Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Commercial.
The position reports to the Global CRM Head of Operations and plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer lifecycle experience. The CRM Growth Manager will oversee the local CRM team, ensuring high standards of quality and impact in all deliverables.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the local CRM team
- Managing the South Africa BAU calendar and seasonal commercial campaigns
- Serving as the South Africa SME for CRM
- Aligning the South African business strategy with the Global CRM strategy
- Owning key performance targets and driving performance
- Shaping the customer lifecycle experience
- Championing the customer’s voice
- Identifying and prioritizing opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with data governance and security
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in CRM within a B2C digital business
- Experience in a Growth-focused role
- Hands-on experience with email and push marketing
- Experience working with customer audiences in a customer engagement platform
- Strong analytical and data skills
- Basic HTML knowledge for email marketing
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
