Job Description
Aro, part of the ClearScore Group, is seeking a Case Manager to join their team in Manchester. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home after a successful probation period. The Case Manager will be responsible for packaging loan applications, guiding customers through the application process, and ensuring a best-in-class experience.
Role involves:
- Reviewing, evaluating, and packaging secured loan applications.
- Verifying customer information and preparing loan documents.
- Conducting due diligence and communicating with lenders.
- Liaising directly with customers to explain the application process.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Meeting targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with administrators and advisors.
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and lender criteria.
- Suggesting new ideas and processes for continuous innovation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Secured Loans (desirable but not essential)
- A performance-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
