ClearScore Group is seeking a Case Manager to join their team in Manchester. This is an exciting time of growth for the company, following their recent acquisition of Aro. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in helping customers secure their financial needs by packaging loan applications and guiding them through the application process. They will work within a successful team with a clear strategy for success and growth.

What this role involves:

• Reviewing, evaluating, and packaging secured loan applications.
• Verifying customer information and preparing loan documents.
• Conducting due diligence and communicating with lenders.
• Liaising directly with customers and maintaining strong relationships.
• Meeting targets and KPIs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with administrators and advisors.
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and lender criteria.
• Suggesting new ideas and processes for customer experience innovation.
