ClearScore is seeking a Quality Assurance Assessor to join their team in Manchester, following their acquisition of Aro. This role involves 1st line assurance within secured lending, reviewing customer interactions and processes to ensure good customer outcomes and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
The Quality Assurance Assessor will play a crucial role in maintaining standards and driving improvements within the company.
Role Involves:
- Conduct end to end quality assurance reviews of secured lending applications.
- Maintain accurate records of completed QA checks.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality findings and present them to senior management.
- Identify process improvements to drive business efficiencies and enhance customer experience.
- Support training initiatives.
- Assist with call calibration sessions.
- Collaborate with advisors, case managers, management, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or similar role within the secured lending or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations.
- Experience of assessing advice activity and completion of Thematic Reviews.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to achieve quality targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with quality assurance tools or software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
