Job Description
ClearScore Group is seeking a Secured Sales Manager to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance within the Advisor, Trainee Advisor, and Case Manager functions. This role involves delivering an outstanding customer journey, ensuring optimal conversion rates, and maintaining adherence to compliance and training procedures. The Secured Sales Manager will lead and manage teams, embed a customer-first culture, and foster collaborations with internal teams and external lenders.
Role Involves:
- Leading and managing Advisor, Trainee Advisor, and Case Manager functions.
- Delivering an exceptional customer journey.
- Overseeing Sales and Case Manager departments.
- Monitoring call quality and customer file audits.
- Conducting regular performance reviews.
- Defining and implementing KPIs.
- Fostering strong collaborations with internal teams.
- Maintaining and strengthening partnerships with lenders.
- Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Promoting a culture of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
Requirements:
- Strong leadership experience in managing sales teams.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance while maintaining compliance.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
