This role involves leading teams to drive performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days from home.
Responsibilities of the Secured Sales Manager:
- Lead and manage Advisor, Trainee Advisor, and Case Manager functions.
- Deliver exceptional customer journey and maintain compliance.
- Oversee Sales and Case Manager departments to maximize profitability.
- Embed a customer-first culture.
- Monitor call quality and customer file audits.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching.
- Define and implement KPIs.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain partnerships with lenders.
- Encourage technological improvements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Promote Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) culture.
- Provide ongoing training for staff.
