Duetto is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand its presence in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will drive rapid and sustainable growth by meeting or exceeding sales quotas. This role involves managing the entire sales process, developing new business within targeted accounts, and aligning Duetto's solutions with client business needs.
The Regional Sales Manager will cultivate a network of revenue professionals, collaborate with the Customer Success team, and forge partnerships with strategic business partners. Accurate pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce.com are crucial. They will also represent Duetto at industry events.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting or exceeding sales quota.
- Owning the sales process from start to finish.
- Developing new business within target accounts.
- Aligning Duetto’s solutions with client business needs.
- Establishing a community of revenue professionals.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success team.
- Building partnerships with strategic business partners.
- Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting accurately.
- Representing Duetto at industry events.
Minimum requirements include:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in hospitality tech/travel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
- Willingness to travel.
- BS/BA Degree.
- Hospitality DNA - network and appreciation including commerce and revenue management a big plus.
