Solutions Expert at ClearScore Technology Limited

Aro, now part of the ClearScore Group, is seeking a Solutions Expert to join their team in Manchester. This role involves providing information on unsecured loan products, guiding customers through the application process, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The Solutions Expert will work in a hybrid model, spending 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Contact qualified leads generated through the online journey.
• Assess customer applications and provide tailored recommendations.
• Provide expert advice on unsecured loan options using Aro's software.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and lender criteria.
• Build strong customer relationships to understand their needs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the advisory team to support customer applications.
• Suggest new ideas and processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience in selling unsecured loans is advantageous.
• Performance-driven mindset with accountability for targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts.
