ClearScore Group is seeking a Customer Solutions Expert for their Manchester office, following the acquisition of Aro. The successful candidate will join the Solutions Hub team and play a key role in the company's growth. This role involves engaging with qualified leads, evaluating customer applications, and providing tailored loan recommendations using proprietary technology. The Customer Solutions Expert will build customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with the advisory team to enhance the customer journey.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Familiarity with unsecured loans (a plus).

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
