This role involves guiding customers through the second charge mortgage application process, liaising with qualified advisors, and contributing to the company's continuous innovation.

What the role involves:

• Assessing customers' eligibility for secured loans.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and advisors.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborating with advisors and case managers.
• Suggesting new ideas and processes.
