Investing Operations Internship at Heritage Holdings

Heritage is seeking an Investing Operations Intern to join their team in Milan. This internship offers unmatched exposure to both external stakeholders and internal ones, providing a unique opportunity to work with top professionals in the alternative investment industry.

The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the company's mission to connect elite families and entrepreneurs with top-performing private market opportunities through innovative technology and data-driven approaches. The intern will work closely with the Investor Relations team, contributing to various projects aimed at enhancing internal processes and improving the sales process.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing investor materials and supporting investor requests.
• Collaborating with various Heritage divisions to enhance internal processes, focusing on automation, speed, and efficiency.
• Creating and delivering comprehensive fund reports, transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives.
• Building and preparing detailed reports for investors and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proactive, fast learning and highly analytical mindset
• Ability to effectively interact with international stakeholders
• Very strong academic record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good vibe and empathy
• Availability to join from April 2024 for a 6-month internship
