Business Analyst Internship

Job Description

Heritage is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join their fast-scaling team in Milan. The intern will work closely with the Tech and Strategy teams, receiving comprehensive training and exposure to multiple workstreams within the alternative investment industry. Heritage prides itself on being at the forefront of the alternative investment industry by combining traditional investment strategies with technology solutions and data-driven approaches.

The role involves helping the company manage their investment portfolios and generate detailed financial reports. This person will interact with international stakeholders on a daily basis, giving the ideal candidate exposure to working in a diverse and international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Analysis: Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing investment portfolios.
• Data Management: Work with complex datasets to resolve issues raised by stakeholders.
• Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on potential investments in private equity, real estate, and other alternative investments.
• Client Reporting: Support the preparation of detailed financial reports for clients.

Requirements:

• Proactive, fast-learning, and highly analytical mindset.
• Ability to interact effectively with international stakeholders and teammates.
• Strong team worker with a desire to build lasting solutions.
• Strong academic record with a high GPA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Availability for a 6-month internship starting in June 2025.
