Sr Project Manager

Job Description

DeepIntent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Project Manager will ensure alignment, execution excellence, and measurable business impact across the company. They will deploy best-in-class project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to set weekly targets and track progress against milestones, communicating project status to the executive team.Role involves:

• Overseeing five cross-functional initiatives.
• Deploying project management frameworks.
• Collaborating with teams to set weekly targets.
• Establishing clear metrics of performance.

Requirements:

• Experience managing complex technical and business projects.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and complex spreadsheets.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, ad tech, and/or programmatic advertising (a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Asana (highly sought after).
• Experience querying SQL databases (a plus).
