PublicRelay, founded in 2008, seeks a Media Analyst for their Dublin, Ireland office. This role involves analyzing global media to help clients understand their media coverage and industry trends. The Media Analyst will manage multiple accounts, ensure quality, lead trainings, and assist with client relations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and analyze domestic and international media content.
  • Curate customized client newsletters.
  • Manage internal account resources.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs.
  • Develop and lead account-specific trainings.
  • Collaborate with various teams to achieve customer goals.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, or business with a minimum 3.4 GPA or 2.1.
  • Strong interpersonal communications, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of media coverage.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to staying on top of current events.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
