Second Harvest is seeking a Foodservice Account Manager to support their foodraising targets. The Foodservice Account Manager will maintain relationships with Foodservice donors and developing strategies to grow partnerships and increase food rescued. They will apply their account management expertise to foster strong relationships with Corporate Foodservice partners and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partnership initiatives are integrated and aligned across the organization.

The role involves:
  • Managing and maintaining strong partnerships with Foodservice donors
  • Providing customer service, assisting donor locations with food donations
  • Implementing a food donor stewardship plan
  • Driving engagement on the Second Harvest Food Rescue App
  • Analyzing partnership outcomes and making data-driven recommendations
  • Delivering presentations to increase food donor acquisition and retention
  • Attending food industry trade shows and conferences

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in a client/customer-facing role within the food industry
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Valid Class G driver’s license and ability to travel across Canada
  • Passion for Second Harvest’s mission
