Responsibilities:

• Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs, improving accuracy in areas like reaction mechanisms and stereochemistry.
• Provide step-by-step solutions for synthesis, reaction pathways, and retrosynthesis problems.
• Identify potential biases and inaccuracies in the AI's understanding of organic chemistry through red teaming.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Native-level proficiency in Organic Chemistry.
• Strong writing skills with excellent English grammar.
• Critical eye to articulate text strengths and weaknesses.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
