Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, is seeking an AI Trainer for Physical Chemistry. This is a freelance, remote role where the individual will leverage their expertise to train AI models. The AI Trainer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and relevance of physical chemistry concepts generated by AI. This position offers flexible scheduling, and their contributions will directly impact the advancement of AI in Physical Chemistry.

Role Involves:

• Educating AI by analyzing and providing feedback on AI-generated outputs related to physical chemistry.
• Providing step-by-step solutions and explanations for problems involving energy transformations, molecular interactions, and kinetics.
• Identifying potential biases, inaccuracies, or limitations in the AI’s understanding of physical chemistry.
• Designing tests that ensure AI outputs are robust and applicable to practical applications.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Native-level proficiency in Physical Chemistry.
• Possess a strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
• Have a critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
