Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, is seeking an AI Trainer with expertise in photography and visual arts to shape the future of AI-generated content. The AI Trainer will play a crucial role in educating AI models and ensuring that AI-generated content accurately reflects concepts, techniques, and trends in photography, image editing, and visual storytelling.

The role involves analyzing and providing feedback on AI-generated content, use expertise to guide the AI through complex visual arts problems and identifying potential biases or inaccuracies in the AI’s understanding of photography. This freelance position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to influence the development of AI in the visual arts.

What This Role Involves:

• Educating AI on photographic techniques, editing styles, and visual composition.
• Solving complex visual arts problems using expertise in editing workflows and photographic styles.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Photography, Film, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Native-level proficiency in photography and image editing concepts.
• Strong writing skills with excellent English-language spelling and grammar.
• Ability to articulate the strengths and weaknesses of visual and written content.
• Professional experience as a photographer, photo editor, filmmaker, or in related roles.
• Proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, or other photo/video editing software.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
