Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, seeks an AI Trainer for Biochemistry to enhance AI model accuracy in the field. Alignerr is a community of subject matter experts who are building the future of Generative AI. The role involves providing feedback on AI-generated content, problem-solving, and identifying potential AI biases. The candidate will work in a remote setting with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to biochemistry.
• Provide step-by-step solutions and explanations for problems involving molecular biology, biochemical reactions, and regulatory mechanisms
• Identify potential biases, inaccuracies, or limitations in the AI’s understanding of biochemistry.
• Design tests that ensure its outputs are robust and applicable to practical applications.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Native-level proficiency in Biochemistry.
• Possess a strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
• Have a critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
