Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, is seeking an AI Trainer for German (Austria) to help shape the future of AI. The AI Trainer will play a crucial role in training AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of German content generated by AI. This freelance position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of AI in German.Role involves:

• Evaluating AI-generated writing based on rubrics.
• Reviewing the work of other human writers.
• Producing top-tier original content in response to prompts.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Native-level proficiency in German from Austria.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
• Critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
