AI Trainer for German (Switzerland) Writers/Speakers (Freelance, Remote)

Job Description

Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, is seeking an AI Trainer for German (Switzerland) to join their community of subject matter experts. The AI Trainer will play a pivotal role in training AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of German content generated by AI.

This is a freelance, remote position offering flexible scheduling. The AI trainer will evaluate AI-generated writing, review the work of other writers, and produce original content. Alignerr is dedicated to pay parity and transparently discusses compensation.

Role Involves:

• Evaluating AI-generated writing for accuracy and completeness.
• Reviewing the work of other human writers.
• Producing original content in response to prompts.

Requirements:

• Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Native-level proficiency in German from Switzerland.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong writing style with excellent English spelling and grammar.
• Critical eye and ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses of text.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
