Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, is seeking an AI Trainer for Japanese writers/speakers. The role involves shaping the future of AI in Japanese content. The AI Trainer will play a crucial role in training AI models, ensuring accuracy and relevance of AI-generated Japanese content. This freelance position offers flexible scheduling.Role involves:

• Evaluating AI-generated writing based on rubrics.
• Reviewing the work of other human writers.
• Producing top-tier original content.
• Creating own working hours depending on project length.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong writing style with excellent English grammar.
• Critical eye and ability to articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
