Job Description

Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, is seeking an AI Trainer for Kannada to help shape the future of AI. This role involves training AI models to ensure the accuracy and relevance of Kannada content. The position offers flexible scheduling, allowing individuals to create their working hours depending on project length.Role involves:

• Evaluating AI-generated writing based on rubrics (factuality, completeness, brevity, and grammar).
• Reviewing the work of other human writers.
• Producing top-tier original content in response to prompts.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Native-level proficiency in Kannada is a must.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Possess a strong writing style.
• Excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills is a must.
• Have a critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
