AI Trainer for Kiswahili Writers/Speakers (Freelance, Remote)

Job Description

This is a freelance AI Trainer position at Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, where the candidate will play a pivotal role in training AI models to ensure the accuracy and relevance of Kiswahili content. The role involves evaluating AI-generated writing, reviewing the work of other human writers, and producing original content in response to prompts.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated writing based on rubrics assessing factuality, completeness, brevity, and grammatical correctness.
• Review the work of other human writers.
• Produce top-tier original content in response to prompts.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Native-level proficiency in Kiswahili (Required).
• Fluent in English (Required).
• Possess a strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
• Have a critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
